As you explore my work I will show you what I love to do most of all: taking pictures of the interesting world around me. I strive to capture special images of the everyday ordinary things people do: everything from rock concerts, to the loving expression on a mother's face as she plays with her baby. My work is a study of people, whether they are intentionally posing for the camera or are caught off guard.
Of all of my many creative sides, photography is my first love. I consider it as a way to show my fiery, artistic passion to others. I first discovered it at the age of 5 when I picked up my father's camera. Everything was just so interesting through the lens of a camera and nothing was "safe" from that moment on! My dolls didn't mind posing for me, but my family and friends grew tired of it! That was over 20 years ago, and I have nurtured and defined my skills into what you see here.
I have a playful personality that shows in many of my pieces. I like to relax my subjects so I can truly capture their inner selves. Music and me acting silly set the mood for many of my pieces of art. There is nothing better to me than grabbing a camera and having an impromptu photo session with my friends!
